Get out of the way

My management style certainly isn't perfect, but it's a reflection of my own personality:

I don’t micromanage. You get the right people in place, give them the resources and the support to succeed, and get out of the way. I learned that long ago in television production…the crew takes on the personality of the director.

And snacks.

Always bring snacks.
